Refills: How Does it Work?
In-Store
Step 1: Make a List/Gather Your Containers
Glass jars, tins, takeout containers, the packaging you’re using right now (like laundry jugs and shampoo bottles)… whatever works best for you!
No list? No containers? No worries. We have free *repurposed* jars, paper bags, and staff eager to guide you through the process.
Step 2: Order at the Counter
We take it from here. Staff does all the weighing and refilling for you.
Feel free to shop around or leave and come back! Leave your name and number and we’ll text you when your order is ready.
Step 3: Pick Up and Pay
Our refillery products are sold by the ounce. We can email your receipt so you can keep track of how long your refills last!
Online
Step 1: Place your order online.
Head to the webstore to browse our products and choose your refills.
At checkout, choose local pickup or free Saturday delivery.
Step 2: Get Your Goods
We do the refilling and if you choose pickup, we’ll text you when your order is ready.
If you choose delivery, your order will be delivered to your door the following Saturday.
Optional: Swap Jars
For pickup: bring your donations of glass jars clean, with tight fitting lids.
For delivery: leave jars outside your front door and we will take them with us for reuse!
